Technical Issues (not related to the Baseline installation) :
In order to troubleshoot the document, we would require the fol:
- the type of document that causes you problems i.e PER, PDR;
- which version of CFPAS the person is using (which can be found under Help -> About CFPAS Form Filler);
- the problem description (please be specific);
- in case of a hardware problem/incompatibility, please provide the
following:
- the type of hardware: printer, USB flash drive, CD-ROM drive;
- the name of the hardware: HPLaserjet 4, Lexar JumpDrive Secure, Plextor PlexWriter;
- the Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP;
- the driver version of the faulty device (if applicable).
