The development of the leave manual provides a single reference point for all policies regarding leave and signifies the completion of the first phase in a complete Leave Policy Review. The consolidation was done in consultation with representatives from the Environmental Chiefs of Staff, other National Commands, and select NDHQ OPI s. A second phase of this project will undertake a review of the leave policies.
