Where can I get a copy of a change-of-command certificate?

Answer

Certificates for change-of-commands are the responsibility of the unit concerned. There is no legal, heritage or ceremonial requirement for these certificates. It is suggested that units contact their branch advisor to ascertain if there are any branch customs involved.
