Auditions/Recruiting - Phase III

PHASE III, FINAL SELECTION FOR CIVILIAN APPLICANT

Non successful applicants:

Candidates will be contacted by DHH-Music if, following the phase II audition, it was found that they do not meet the Standard. File will be closed.

Successful applicants:

The final selection will be processed by the Recruiting Group Headquarters (CFRG HQ) based on the CAF instrumental requirements, the audition result and the applicant’s military potential score. Upon completion of the selection process, CFRG HQ will notify DHH-Music HQ that a candidate is ready for selection. Applicants will then be contacted by the appropriate CFRC and will be made an offer of employment if a position is available immediately or will be put on a waiting list for a maximum of two years.

PHASE III, FINAL SELECTION FOR RESERVE FORCE APPLICANT

Non successful candidates:

Reserve Force candidates will be contacted by DHH-Music if, following the phase II audition, it was found that they do not meet the Standard. Results will not affect their Reserve Force status. File will be closed.

Successful Reserve Force candidates:

The final selection will be processed by the Component Transfer (CT) broker at CMP DMCPG, once DHH-Music HQ notifies them of CAF instrumental requirements, the audition result and the applicant’s military potential score. Upon receiving your Component Transfer application, CT broker will be able to complete the selection process and eventually make you an offer once a position is available.
