Military Personnel Command (MILPERSCOM) Ethics Plan
The principles and obligations articulated by the Defence Ethics Plan (DEP) are vital to achieving a balance between the institutional imperative of "doing things right" and public expectations that military personnel "do the right thing". The MILPERSCOM Ethics Plan supports the DEP. The MILPERSCOM Ethics Plan explains the governance, accountability framework, policy and procedures necessary for its successful implementation across MILPERSCOM and is applicable to officers, non-commissioned members and civilian personnel.
